Yolk One Arts Plaza serves breakfast and brunch on Routh Street in the Dallas Arts District, steps from Klyde Warren Park, the Meyerson Symphony Center and the Nasher Sculpture Center. Scratch-made every morning: eggs Benedict, stuffed French toast, five-egg omelets and a Griddle Bar of pancakes and waffles, with specialty coffee and fresh-squeezed juice. The dine-in bar pours bottomless mimosas, red and white sangria by the glass or carafe, espresso martinis and local Texas drafts. Patio seating is available in season.
